All sales are final. Eligible items can be exchanged for store credit only. Items must be shipped back to us 5 days after receiving them.  We will not except returns after 5 days. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping we will deduct that amount from the store credit.

Packages ship out between 1-3 days after purchase. (If you purchase a pre-order then package will ship as soon as the pins arrive). We pack all of our orders in bubble mailers. Tracking Number included.
